Riviera Keys x Nordea: French Riviera real estate evening in Stockholm

Riviera Keys, in collaboration with Nordea Private Banking, hosted an evening in Stockholm dedicated to opportunities in the French Riviera property market.

Attendees gained insights into current market trends, received practical advice for purchasing property in France, and learned about family law and its impact on property ownership abroad.

Caroline Törnquist, a family law specialist at Nordea Private Banking, was also present to share her expertise: with inheritance tax abolished in Sweden, she explained the specifics of French law regarding succession and the legal status of unmarried couples.

Maria Ahnmark and Nicolas Sittkoff, Senior Private Bankers at Nordea Private Banking, presented the bank’s Private Banking offerings for those interested in the French Riviera or planning a return to Sweden, drawing on their experience in wealth management and cross-border financing.
